Beginning with the end in mind is something we all do. This beginning can be as simple as reading the directions or making an outline. Anyone who is struggling really needs to think about the end. Not the end of the day, but the very end of life when nothing else could be better. The end is when I see myself where I want to be, who I want to be with, and knowing that one day all of the pain joy and past will lead up to that moment is an amazing feeling.
When at anytime my life is not going where it should be going, I have to refocus and imagine the end. The end, one that will come soon, is a great place to look forward to. Looking ahead lifts me from my times of confusion and shows me that the end will lead me to whatever I want it to turn out to be. Knowing that I will always have someting to look forward to and to have my family there makes anyting and everything worth the time.
Looking past tomorrow, the next week, and the next century can light up my day. Now is the time to take control and plan my future, but knowing how I want the end to ook is what helps me make my decisions now.
