There is no I in team

Julius Caesar, not afraid of taking charge, shows how one person can impact a whole range of people. Caesar takes a challange and finishes the job. The thoughts of people on the other hand can not be changed. Do I have to much power? Are my people scared of what I might do? Making a dramatic change in a place can cause these types of questions to appear. To be a leader, Caesar knew the tasks ahead and what needed to be accomplished before other dictators came into play. When Julius Caesar ruled he was a great ruler. He won many battles and defeated many, but did he end up becoming to powerful? As the story goes, Caesar dies tragically because of his people thinking that he has obtained to much power, and Caesar may destroy the wrong atributes of the way of their life. Being a leader takes courage and dignity. One person has to stand up and show everyone else what can be done by a single person and if everyone helps then so much morecan be accomplished. I had to stand up and say that I could become a leader for Batesville High School's FCA program. Three other classmates had been chosen as well to recieve the oppurtunity of going to a camp to learn how to be a better leader. Seeing how different people can impact souls in the same way will blow the mind. Feeling the task done before me showed how putting myself out there and applying myself makes me feel like a better person in many ways. For Caesar to stand up to everyone and give all that he could makes me view everything in a more caring way.
